Position Title: Sales Executive

Department: Sales

Reports To: Head of Sales

Location: Grand Junction, Colorado Headquarters

Compensation: $50,000-$60,000 annually, dependent on experience plus commission

POSITION SUMMARY

As a Sales Executive with In8Sync, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within the technology sector, particularly in the NetSuite space. Leveraging your existing experience in software sales, you will identify and pursue new business opportunities, respond and manage leads, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our software solutions. Your primary focus will be on meeting and exceeding sales targets while providing world class customer service and support.

OBJECTIVES

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets within the NetSuite software market.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation efforts.
  • Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with both prospective and existing clients, serving as a primary point of contact throughout the sales process.
  • Conduct thorough initial requirements gathering sessions with clients to comprehensively understand their business needs, objectives, and pain points.
  • Document detailed notes and action items in Confluence, ensuring clear communication and alignment within the team and with clients.
  • Conduct professional product demonstrations and presentations to prospects, showcasing the features and benefits of our software solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with the Customer Success team and other departments to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Maintain and document accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in Confluence.
  • Continuously refine sales techniques and approaches based on feedback and market insights to optimize performance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to effectively position our products and services.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential clients and stay abreast of industry developments.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in technology or software sales.
  • Preferred experience with NetSuite software or similar ERP solutions.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to evolving market conditions and customer needs.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • This position will require travel: up to 25%
